Mar 27, 2018 Closing More Business – Understanding the Buyer’s Journey – Awareness
The awareness phase of the Buyer’s Journey is sometimes called the inspiration. In this phase, the prospective customer recognizes that they have a need or desire. In this phase, you want your prospective customer to become aware of your company and product. In this phase, your communication should be about pain points and just a vague introduction of your product or service. You don’t want to go into detail. You are just positioning your brand as a possible solution or a way to fulfill a need.
Your brand advertising will be the main avenue used here. And the forums used will be about the problem (you are hoping to solve).
