I want to invite you to a seminar that will explain what a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is and why you want one.  Typically, a CRM system is used to increase the effectiveness of a company’s sales force and to improve the customer experience.  However, CRM systems have advanced a great deal over the last few years to encompass a lot more functionality.  Existing functionality has also become much more powerful and easier to use.  So even if you already use one, you may find this seminar useful as many products have not kept up.

I have over 20 years of experience designing, building, using and evaluating CRM systems on behalf of clients.  We will be talking about why people want CRMs, what they do with CRMs, and how CRMs have improved their company’s sales effectiveness, customer experience and profitability.  We will talk about how to match your requirements to systems on the market, what to look for and how CRMs are used today.  Finally, we will talk about how to have a successful implementation leading to wide adoption and the realization of the benefits of CRMs.
